G'day all - hi Terrapin, regarding Taiwan's situation, CRUS is probably ok. TSM does do fab for MOT and others. It was mentioned that some of the wafers have to been discarded - it were in processing when the quake hit. The real impact is psychological, as chip customers like the box makers decide to hog the supplies. If CRUS is not doing any manufacturing there, effects - either way - are not great, maybe colateral. However, rest assured the spot price will run its course, i.e., IMHO, I think there will be some effects downstream for the tech sector as hogging will jack up the price in the short term and excess inventories will depress the demand after that. best, Bosco
