It looks like whatever your thoughts are on the subject, Fortune's involvement has been good for ONT. The price seems to be higher and more active since FT became involved. The assembling of the deal, on that had eluded ONT was terrific. It solved a multimillion dollar dispute, and put $ in ONT's treasury. Good work.

As for insider trading reports, you have to know that certain rules require an insider to report sales he might not have made. For example, if Robin were a director, officer, or significant shareholder of a company that made a sale, he would have to show 100% of that sale on his insider trading report. This indirect sale can happen even without the insider's knowledge.
