Dividend
CLEVELAND, Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Pioneer Standard Electronics, Inc. (Nasdaq: PIOS - news) today
declared a quarterly cash dividend on common stock of $.03 per share, payable November 1, 1999 to
shareholders of record on October 6, 1999.
Pioneer-Standard is an international distributor of electronic components and computer systems, with
revenues of $2.3 billion. Pioneer-Standard's Industrial Electronics Division provides a comprehensive
offering of semiconductors, power products, and interconnect, passive and electromechanical components.
