Accumulation? Where? I don't see it.

I know it's low volume, but the weakness doesn't bode well for a good earnings report on 10/1.

It gets to 15, I'll buy more, but I am concerned. With all the announcements they've made recently, you'd think they were primed for an upside surprise. But I see no buying in this stock.
