UPS Should be making a killing... but look at FDX. High fuel prices are eating into their profit margins.

And they are an employee owned operation. I once knew a neighbor of mine in Phoenix who worked as a sorter for UPS (made a bundle of money for that type of work back in 1986). When they eventually do go public, many of their employees will become instant millionaires.
