Wayne,
It just so happens that short selling is a legitimate aspect of the market. Afterall, if someone has an appetite to buy the stock, they don't care whether or not they buy the stock from a seller or short seller. Also, diferences of opinion (whether they are ignorant, professional, informed or otherwise) are part of what makes a market:-))IMO, given the poor results to date and considering that the stock has gone through a degree of retail distribution, the current price is ultimately not sustainable. Who in their right mind would buy a speculative garbage scow like this at over $5 a share? Who is going to take the share price higher? Good luck if you are long.
regards,
teevee
