I guess when you have a bake-off of 4 vendors, it's also good to
have couple of vice-chairs as have not seen any resignation notice
of Wayne Perry who was CEO before Hooper and I thought had same strategic responsibility.

Who knows kick upstairs of either Hooper or Perry could soon land either back in a line position in ART as it is officed just above NXLK
in same building. ART Chair and CEO has search firm looking for its
Agent 86 position.
