Provides Internet-based business to business software services for IT professionals and software vendors. Online services enable vendors to effectively market products to a targeted customer base. For the three months ended 5/31/99, net revenues rose from $5 million to $16.5 million. Net loss rose from $1.7 million to $3.8 million. Results reflect higher sales of 3rd party software and strength from intraware.shop, offset primarily by costs related to expansion of the sales force.
