I am telling you, the decision is made upfront
in marketing, not in production ! :) :)
Every part can run at 150. IMHO, all recent
parts were artificially kept at 100 FSB
because the chipset was not ready, and
politically their bet was on RAMBUS.
Now since is turns to RamBUST, they quickly
changing the course. It costs nothing.
Same is with Celerons at 66FSB.
