IMO this is a beautiful stock for trading or for holding because it seems to have a rock-solid base at $3. Some of you long-term holders who bought at $20 or whatever may be skeptical that it can't go lower, but look at (a) this chart: siliconinvestor.com , and (b) the very low price/revenue ratio. Right now I'm trading GEMS according to the following plan:

On minor good news, such as a new product release, sell on the first day after the news. Buy back when the price stabilizes (most likely at $3 again).

On major good news, such as a deal with a larger company, sell on the second day after the news, and again buy when the price stabilizes.

If the price stays consistently above $4 I'll buy and hold.
