Hugh - I believe you are right, lots of smaller lots going through today - someone is still buying - I guess that is the upside. I have sent another e-mail to MLSM venting my frustration - I know this is risky business and I know that the summer has been tough - but how hard can it be to put together a simple news release if the deal is done and they are ready to go? Anyhow I will share with the thread any info I get
