And I'm not talking about TIA either. Refering to the meeting as I was, obviously the reference is to the ITU standards process and to ITU's IPR policy. Just how does the legal action with MOT come into play in your mind? Are you saying that you doubt ITU will approve the multi-mode cdma proposal? Or are you saying that someone (who, what carrier) will adopt a competing proposal. If so why. Fill us in please, Chris. Best regards, Jim
