I took a few profits because of the uncertainty, but it looks like TSM's foundry is starting up. cbs.marketwatch.com ESST is also a 'preferred' customer of TSM. They got that status by providing TSM with a good bunch of shares about a year ago. That stake in ESST should mean that when the system is back up to full power, ESST will get their orders filled early.
