Did someone ask about information on fcms patent ??? here it is below !!!!! read this one good. OUR BUSINESS DEPENDS ON OUR ABILITY TO PROTECT OUR TECHNOLOGY. Our success will depend in part on protecting our proprietary technology. While we have patents covering certain of our products, we rely principally on copyright law for protection of our hardware and software designs, as well as trade secret law, confidentiality agreements and our technical abilities and responsiveness to the demands of customers to protect ours proprietary rights.
