By the way... That paragraph was in last year's statement for FCM as well... AS FILED WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION ON OCTOBER 9, 1998 "The Company's success will depend in part on protecting its proprietary technology. While the Company has patents covering certain of its products, its relies principally on trade secret law, confidentiality agreements and its technical abilities and responsiveness to the demands of customers to protect its proprietary rights."
