It is getting narrower in the Nets as well.

However in the biggest net runs It has been the trend lately that at the beginning of
a new rally the "1st tiers lead" the next day the
"2nd tier" then at last the remaining are pulled up.

So if you want to pinpoint a blowoff rally I would say
wait until stocks like AWEB start running. Then this
will signify the beginning of the end.
