To anyone.
I just got a cable modem from Comcast.I have noticed that sometimes, without any programs running,the modem lights will flash as if info is being sent/coming in.At the same time my hard drive is working.(being read?)

I remember reading somewhere that it is possible for one's computer to be accessed through a cable hookup.Does anyone know anything about this?
