The bottom line is that savvy investors know what today's PR means. Yes, RTIN's silence is broken but more importantly, today's announcement reflects that there is merit to RTIN's law suit or the judge would not have issued an order enjoining RTIN's transfer agent from transferring and removing the restriction on the block of approximately 300,000 restricted shares.

Now, we just need RTIN to close the deal within the next two weeks to make Hicks and his short a--hole buddies really squirm!!!!
