That will only get more free publicity for Nintendo and Pokemon and just in time for Christmas.

By the way these parents should be sued for being bad parents . . . maybe their kids could afford a lawyer. Imagine blaming somebody else for their children's obsessions. Who are they going to sue next the cereal companies for not putting a prize in every box?

I don't have a position in GRIN and never have had but come on this is ridiculous. Can't you see that this is great and free publicity?

Those parents will most likely be hit with huge legal bills though. Maybe they are obsessed with the idea of suing anyone they can think of. Hey could they sue the court system for that? LOL

I think frivolous law suits like this are what make some Americans so cold and uncaring. Everybody is always worried about how to cover their butt or how to get rich by suing somebody. Whatever happened to working for a living?
