Latest SEC Filing on NINE: biz.yahoo.com 1996 edgar-online.com 1997-1998 edgar-online.com 1999 edgar-online.com And to answer the other question on here on NINE. . . the company shifted out of the highly competitive consumer oriented video card market, with its shrinking margins. . . .where a 64MB graphics card cost about $3000.00 dollars just a year ago and was reserved strictly for the high-end graphics industry. . . this year, anyone can pick one up for about $200 bucks. While it was smart to bail and move into the cutting edge "digital" video cards. . .the shift back into heavy R&D took a toll on the companys bottom line. . .revs dropped . . . and the price fell with it. . .which evidently led to the delisting. . .But these deals are still in place. . . Silicon Graphics still owns a chunk of Number Nine. . .and it wouldn't surprise me if they bought the whole company, while it is down at these levels. SGI recently exercised a stock option of some sort with NINE, then turned around and sold the shares. . .only to acquire a half-million shares shortly afterward. . . . so it would not at all surprise me if the short-selling pressure that has kept the lid on this stock for so long now had related roots. . . Also, if NINE sees any serious volume soon. . . we could see a big squeeze play. . .so on the near-term, I am looking for a short-covering pop. . . . but longer term. . .I am hoping for a major turnaround on the digital video cards, etc. . . and the possibility of a takeover.
