I am still of the belief that if you give a man a fish you feed one man, teach a man to fish you can feed many. Look at the Chinese investing 2 billion in the NYSE to raise money in order to drill for oil. ( they have learned from the masters how to make money) See cnsnews.com for the story. At least they are attempting to solve their own problem.
