Tracer must have just got the news from NASDAQ. A Deletion notice has yet to appear on the official NASDAQ site. nasdaqnews.com (click on recently deleted companies section) No surprise about the deletion really. With the eZuz Merger still going ahead, and the spinoff still happening, perhaps Tracer's share price has bottomed out. etc.
