I am saddened and appalled by the tragedy that has befallen Taiwan. I think it will be a lot bigger blip on the chart than has been estimated so far. I think I read that 27 separate fabs have been idled without power to even turn on the lights. Sure some have aux power running to help purge the environments but this will be one very large blip for foundry customers in Q4, and that is optimistically assuming that no large aftershocks happen and wreak havoc yet again.
