Ellen, Thats pretty funny! B posted a week ago that Wellrich was going to post an order to compell, he said there was a guy named Oswald that was working on it because since there was no contract between Wellrich & AZNT, there was no arbitration and no judgement like Mitchell & Shell tried to feed us. Order to Compell is their last resort. It'll be laughed out of court, if it ever gets there. Remember that the Calif. Securities and Exchange commission notified AZNT that Wellrich was pulling off a telemarketing scheme, They're a boiler-room. Marcasse is working this play. Wellrich went after shareholders of 144 stock on a two year hold, no one should trust Shell or Mitchell on this one, that's my opinion. There is too much evidence that they're playing the shills for Wellrich & Marcasse. By Sept. 30th the 4 million shares have to be covered or warrants will be issued. They got a few days to beat the price down, thats it, its all coming back and going beyond, by court order. Rich_1

1. "It'll be laughed out of court, if it ever gets there..." As per the recent filings, there certainly was an arbitration hearing and AZNT lost to the tune of $88,000.
2. "By Sept. 30th the 4 million shares have to be covered or warrants will be issued..." Missed it by that much. (gg)
