We've loaded the data, and, so far, created an Index that is the ratio of bulls/bears; in 1987, this Index predicted the bottom one week earlier than the 12 week rule, as that was the first time that ratio went <1 for the first time.

As we look at the data, will post more results, including the entire spreadsheet results.

Will look at it more tomorrow, and test some of the hypothesis listed here.
