No BS the scientific community agrees on what pollution means. All the 10 parts of France i refer to exceed regularly 75ppbv (parts per billion in volume) of ozone.

This is called a level 2 pollution when legislation starts kicking in, speed limit is reduced. The next level which is above 120? ppbv is level 3 when traffic is prohibited for part of the private car fleet.
This has already happened in several parts of France.

Pehaps you meant that France emits less greenhouse gases than other countries per capita. This would be an accurate statement for industrialized countries.
