That whole Administration is corrupt and is run like a criminal enterprise, so you need the RICO statute. They just say they're for campaign finance "reform" and the willing media makes them out like they're the good guys.

Speaking of RICO, I remember reading that Reno told Clinton there were no grounds for the gov to sue the tobacco companies - but the demagogue wanted an issue and platform so she caved and they're suing.

Simply amazing.
