But I think CYMI is expensive considering its forward looking PE and the also considering that the market share can only go down from here.

Without skepticism, we'd have no wall of worry to climb. Most companies get a premium for having a dominant market position, ala MSFT, INTC, and DELL. CYMI's position warrants a much higher PE, and its estimates are way too low. One of these days we're going to take off.
