Hi Trader Dave,

I have been watching your posts here and was hoping to get an opinion from you on a segment I just saw on CNBC. Bob Gaeble was on talking about insider selling and one company talked about was JDSU. He mentioned the secondary offering back in July or Aug where the president sold something like 31% and the CFO sold close to 40% of their stake. As I was looking to increase my position, this gave me pause. Gaeble's concern was the amounts being sold were substantially higher than you would expect from typical insider selling. Any thoughts you have will be appreciated.
