The following is a copy of a post that I wrote on the Raging Bull Thread.

It it is very encouraging to see the enthusiasm on the thread as a result of the upcoming news on the contracts. However, it is also very frustrating to see the stock price still at these levels. The trading activity of the stock over the past two days has been troubling. Over 100,000 shares traded both today and yesterday. I would think that most of the trades were purchases by investors anticipating the award of the contracts. Why hasn't the stock price moved much higher beats me. Can you just imagine how a dot.com would have traded if it had SVSY's credentials, including:

1). Cutting edge technology, validated by independent third party, in a multi-billion dollar industry. Title 22 for California market ( the largest municipal market in the country with the most rigid standards) is on its way.

2). Selection over a well established and capitalized competitor based on superiority of it technology.

3). The technology has great potential for application in a much bigger industry (clean water).

4). Increased consolidation in the water and wastewater industry might result in a buyout opportunity as SVSY's technology becomes more attractive for a big company's portfolio.

5). SVSY is still a BB stock and therefore not on the radar screen of a lot of institutions. Once it is listed on the NASDAQ this will change and so will the valuation.

IMO, the more you look at these points, the more you understand that SVSY is currently very attractive investment opportunity.
