ML refers to Merrill Lynch. The %s represent the upside potential from the last closing price to ML's price target. In SUNW's case, the stock has 10% upside from $93 3/8 to the $103 target.

Because SUNW is Buy rated at ML, it should typically have at least 20% upside potential.
