Yes Richard.. reflation(sic) may be here and signaling an economic recovery throughout the world. Or it may just reflect the additional demand that has been generated due to Y2K related storehousing with the prospect of a recession amongst such suppliers of commodities occurring in the 1st/2nd quarter of 2000 as inventory is dissolved and systems return to JIT manufacturing.
