Arguably, MSPG is the company receiving the premium. ELNK's subscribers were being valued at a discount to MSPG's subscribers. At current prices (MSPG-31 1/16 ELNK-47 9/16), MSPG's subscribers are each being valued at $1,553 and ELNK's are each being valued at $1,135. This is a smart transaction for both companies.
