I don't know which part of my statement you challenge. My statement is not based in-fact, but rather upon the presumption of integrity of the CableLabs certification label & the certification process.

CableLabs cannot afford to allow the certification process to become so subjective that its importance of its certification becomes adulterated in the eyes of the consumer marketplace.

I find it difficult to believe that one individual's personal bias can influence the certification process. If you have facts to rebut this presumption I am more than willing to hear about them.
