SureQuest Systems, Inc. to Benefit from Achieve Healthcare Information Systems Acquisition of Life Cycles Software from PharMerica
DALLAS--(BW HealthWire)--Sept. 23, 1999--SureQuest Systems, Inc. (OTC BB:DIET), a Nevada Corporation, announced today the company should benefit significantly through their recent acquisition of the Life Cycles software from PharMerica. SureQuest is a Certified Achieve Partner (CAP), which provides the dietary and nutritional component to Achieve's PathLinks© clinical and financial software solution.
This acquisition will add up to 5,000 more post-acute and long-term care facilities to which SureQuest can market its dietary software, said CEO John Nicholson. SureQuest is obviously very pleased with this new development and what it means to Achieve and potential future revenues.
This strategic business alliance was created to integrate the SureQuest food service and dietary software with Achieve's PathLinks© system to provide an integrated software solution for the post-acute and long-term care industries. This alliance marks the first step in which two leading software companies have joined to provide a truly integrated information solution for this market.
