Just say NO ! Man; with all the small cap & micro cap value plays that have solid ongoing business - why these ? - maybe try Tidewater, or SLB, or APA, or HAL for a while ???? ... I sincerely hope your luck changes; sorry to see all your cash frozen in this environment - just when we are about ready to take off once again ! PS - PGO fans...many expect FPSO's to be approved for use in the GOM in the next year, or so. PGO allready has some good working contacts here - this is a tremendously leveraged company to that subsector growth. Their global diversification and technological edge is excellent.
