As I have stated before...I see the maximum downside risk at this point to be .60-.62. This is where Carlo Civelli bought his shares, it is a huge resistance point from both price action and Fib., and at .60 we are significantly below cash value. When Haywood wasn't buying we stayed at .70 with no volume...now that Haywood has started buying the volume has picked up but we remain at .70 since Haywood isn't hitting the offer.

If Haywood stops buying and someone decides to dump we could possibly see a .08-.10 drop but that would probably be it. There are a lot of people looking to get JDX in the .60's below cash value (myself included). If there is a shakeout I say we form a hammer on high volume.

I would love to say that will never dip into the low .60's but I can't see the future so I won't make that statement. The possibility is there but the recent action from Haywood hints against this drop. Either way...at .70 the risk/reward ratio on the stock is great. Downside .10/ Upside (BLUE SKY)

Best Regards
KEITH
