From Briefing.com...The ELNK/MSPG merger appears to favor ELNK shareholders. At yesterday's closing prices, ELNK would account for 40% of the market cap of the combined company; MSPG would be 60%. The stock swap for the new company's shares gives ELNK shareholders 44% of the new firm and MSPG shareholders 56%, using last quarter's share totals in the calculation
