Hi Alan,

You stated a question which to me is still unanswered since this "whole rigmerole" began. I always believed that Due Diligence mean't holding your tongue until all the facts were in. If not then why call it "Due Diligence".

I have undertaken many studies in my life, too many by far and I assure you that if anyone ever asked me for results before my Study or "due diligence" was incomplete would get a standard pat answer. In other words I stated diplomatically that they should await the final results, although my mind was saying @1%&##off. I cannot understand F-M's early release of information, in my profession I would be censured for such action. I have noticed however, that ethics, civility, professionalism and other such words do not exist in this particular unfolding story.

regards, Terence Mitchell
