So how long do you think it will take them to get the situation under control?

Ya gotta figure they are *WELL* aware of the situation, and losing a customer is probable very important in this growing company.

I'd give it a month to 6 weeks and reassess the situation.

BTW, no I don't have an account with them, but got some stock.
