This is from bloomberg:
Taiwan Power Co., the state power monopoly, said it restored
80 percent of the park's power today.

Separately, the commission said 15 industrial zones around
the island reported a total of NT$1.15 billion in damages.

Taipower said it had repaired power plants in northern
Taiwan, although short rolling blackouts were in effect with some
lines and transformers still damaged.

The state power monopoly said it had a generating capacity
of 4.7 million megawatts in the north, just short of the
predicted demand today of 5.25 million megawatts. Industrial
users in the north, where most of Taiwan's 22 million people
live, still have little access to power.
