No problema to bottom line in 4Q.

Now if I was the engineer who had to get the plant back up and had to deal with the general crisis atmosphere in country and family had been affected, that's a problem.

PMCS 10K indicated that they had min. % of total production agreements with on of their two fabs. But, given the circumstances, if it was TSMC, I'm sure that there is an out to that clause. So as BD described, I'm sure the other fab would be able to pickup some of the shortfall. And EO4Q is a long time to work out these production issues...
