Fcm information from an earlier post, as we seem to be dicussing the company, isn't that right ???? By the way it does appear that fcm will have including options, a total of 40,676,236 shares outstanding shortly. Oh, that is without one forward split. I wonder how long it will be before the balance of the authorized 90,000,000 shares of Common Stock will find their way into the market

Rich they sure did cover all bases, but this part is perplexing, when fcm talks about the benefit they will derive from this deal with crescent ???? I mean what company can you find that knows what it will take in from a similar type deal, so fcm puts it right there for its shareholders to see, right up front, they state they are not sure if they will derive anything from this offering. Man that looks like a good deal to me, how about you ?? Don't that look like a shareholder friendly deal, "WE DON'T KNOW IF WE'LL GET ANYTHING" ?????? YUP

IT IS LIKELY WE WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL CAPITAL.
All of the proceeds of this offering will be received by the selling shareholder. While we may receive cash from the exercise of warrants covered by this Prospectus, we can't be sure that we will derive any specific amount from
this offering. We may require additional capital to sustain our business as presently operated, and developments in our business and possible expansion into other markets could indicate that we need to raise additional capital.
