btw, there are few semi companies with better relations with their fabs than PMC. They are VERY tight with TSMC and Chartered and will usually get very good treatment when times are tight or there are other disruptions. This is again a function of their relationship oriented way of doing business. As an example, I know Chartered is being very flexible for short-term production shifts.
