At these price levels I still think this is a good company to own for its potential for mergers, a takeover, partnerships, etc.

I agree COOL is a good takeover candidate, but on their own I think they are a dead duck burning cash too quickly to survive.

They should burn through a ton of cash again when they pay for the advertising for the Xmas season. As far as being a good investment if they diversify, why not just buy a company that already does the things that you expect COOL to diversify into?
