Lucky, I appreciate the position that Erraff has put you in, but this isn't really enough. You never held back on disseminating positive information when you were long the stock. When saying something positive would benefit your investment. For instance you clearly never researched the issue of the registered in 50 states declaration.

To now say that you have damaging information, that you have written documentation that could destroy the stock is a pretty strong statement. Yet you will not be forthcoming and share what you have heard? You are unwilling to relate the information and clearly describe it as rumour or allegation? You think people can't use their minds and give the information appropriate weight?

You would deny them information that they may be able to provide corroboration for. You would deny them the ability to make sense of the misrepresentations that the company has engaged in.

What you are really doing is denying the public and your fellow investors the ability to see the true picture. You are biasing the presentation of the story in favor of promoting the company.

You can't have it both ways. You can't cheerlead for the company and then be silent when credible information arises that casts them in a less than favourable light.
