Can anyone explain the attraction of actually wanting to "own a sign company" expecially one that is so miniscule? Why would you want this acquisition? This makes as much sense as an automotive high tech specialty company buying an automotive repair shop in a small market. My point is that if SIDT is really in the high tech R&D side of this business then stop throwing equity around to make poor purchases that do not match the business plan (f they have one). Sign companies can be purchases all day long for less than book value and will never be valued like the current market cap of SIDT which is incredibly rich (IMHO) for a company that has never produced anything commercially viable.
