<< for what? having an opinion that moves the market?>> Officials of a publicly traded company have a responsibility to protect the company, the compant's market share, and the company's market cap, and act in the best interests of the shareholder. Shaving 25 billion dollars today off the Microsoft market cap clearly was not in the best interests of Microsoft sharehoders.
