Dear Rene:

We are in total agreement with you. We did not see a future for us with Niphix. We do however wish them the best, after all we are a substantial shareholder in Niphix outside of management.

As for the financials, we anticipate sales next year to be significantly larger when we include all business activities including those that were acquired after June 30, 1999.
