The Earth, a planet, is a geographical area. Its not a relevant reference when you are identifying a civilation that lived in th eYucatan, Guatemala, and Honduras. The Americas, a hemisphere, is a geographical area but it also is not the most useful reference in this context. South America, a continent, is a geographical area but it is not a relevant reference either. Are you getting it yet? Anal-retentive minutiae regarding continents misses the point just as detailed calculations of VLNC's stock price does. Stick to ..... Is there anything you do well?
